If youre in Manila you just have to book a flight going to Kalibo "Aklan" for an estimated travel time of 40-45 mins. When you arrive in "kalibo" you must then ride a filipino boat and or a motorized boat to get to the island of "Boracay" for an estimated time of 25-30 mins travel time.
