Thia Megia Filipina American Idol 2011!

Thia Megia is one of the finalists who got in to American Idol 2011. Megia is just 17 years old, lives in Angeles, Pampanga then migrated to the United States in 1968. Her original name was spelled as Mejia, then after migrating in the U.s she changed her name from Mejia to Megia.
Megia auditioned on American Idol season 10 at the Milwaukee, Wisconsin singing "chasing pavements" by Adele. Megia had sanng a couple of song that made her stand out among the rest even if she's just 15 years old.
Megia as young as 15, had her high hopes of winning the title as the next "American Idol" but it seems like age does have its limits too. Megia still lacks experience to make her reach her dreams of becoming the next "American Idol". Megia got eliminated and was not able to enter the top 10. The last song she sang was "Daniel" by Elton John.
